The relationship between a genetic variant pattern and the clinical features seen in a person or group.

Meaning in FKRP

Genotype-phenotype correlation asks whether specific FKRP variants or variant combinations are associated with differences in age of onset, severity, cardiopulmonary involvement, or other clinical features. In rare disease, these correlations can be useful but are rarely absolute.
